The Access Diabetes Self-Management Education program is a free six-week workshop available for Nevada residents who are living with type 1, type 2, or gestational diabetes. Under the guidance of a Registered Dietitian and trained Health Educators, workshop participants learn the skills needed to manage blood sugar levels needed to manage blood sugar levels through diet, exercise, and healthy lifestyle modifications.
